After completion of each home inspection, we will produce a computer generated 20+-page report for the property that was inspected. This report is very detailed and our report exceeds the ASHI "Standards of Practice". A summary section is included at the back of the report so as to provide information about the inspection findings at a glance. A maintenance checklist is also included with the report so as to assist the homeowner with recommended routine home maintenance. Reports will be mailed out to our clients the following business day. Additional copies of the report can be faxed, emailed or downloaded from this web site at no extra charge.
